API intermittently not responding

    Hi Ben, Thanks for the swift reply. One call was 29/10/2018 11:06am (https://api.cla.co.uk/check-permissions/v1/GetPermissionByIdentifier/ISBN/0226791564/136?usageTypes=1,2&messageId=1&Subscription-Key=). However, it seems to work at the moment and there were some other issues with the IT system here, so the problem might have been on our side. I will let you know if any other problems occur.
